Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered an enjoyable experience for a summer getaway with excellent service and a relaxing waterpark. However, the noise from children was a downside, especially during peak seasons. Dining at the hotel was hit or miss, with some meals being fantastic and others overly salty. While the location was lovely, aspects of the décor felt a bit generic, lacking a distinct atmosphere.
The hotel is a large property that's great for families and has comfortable rooms with good facilities. However, the dining experience could be chaotic at times, especially during breakfast, and the distance from downtown San Antonio might be a drawback for some. Overall, it's a nice place for a family getaway.
Our experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the pool area had a lot to offer for kids, the long wait times for check-in and limited staff made the beginning of our stay quite frustrating. The rooms were decent but showed some wear and tear, and the dining service left a lot to be desired, especially for the price we paid.
I had high hopes for this hotel, but my stay was very disappointing. The room was nice and spacious, but I dealt with a lot of noise from construction that made it hard to relax. The dining options were average and overpriced, and I faced issues with check-in that added to my frustration. While the grounds and amenities looked appealing, I wasn't able to enjoy them fully due to these inconveniences.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The property was beautiful and well-maintained, but I faced several service issues that made the beginning of my stay frustrating. The rooms were quite nice, but getting assistance was a challenge during my visit. Overall, while the hotel has great potential, the staffing shortages affected my overall satisfaction.
